Refund and Returns Policy

Preamble

Our store slavdem.de has a 14-day return policy. This means that by filling out the return form you can refuse the purchase and return the goods within 14 days.
In order to exercise the right to return goods, you just need to send us a message through the form on this site or by writing to info@slavdem.de to inform us that you want to use your right to return goods.

Premature expiration of the right to return goods

The right of cancellation expires prematurely in the event of damage to the packaging of sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. The integrity of the packaging was compromised after delivery.
Addendum: We also accept returns for unused packs of genmist. For example, you ordered 10 packs of genmist, and after trying one you did not like its taste. In this case, you can send back 9 closed packages and get a replacement for a different flavor (variety) or a refund.

Fare

If in the process of fulfilling an order, our store made a mistake with the formation of an order or delivery, the store takes on the transport costs.
If the return of goods is carried out at the request of the client, and at the same time the store has fulfilled its obligations when ordering, the buyer pays the transport costs in full.

• Additional message (In the additional message, please include additional details that we need to know in order to cancel the order properly)
